After majority of the bugs are fixed I thought you could consider some of these suggestions.

-Clones should be toggled in 2 modes. Attack mode and Training mode. Training mode is where you train others agi and def, and simply attack mode would be only with single shadow clone where it acts as a protector and fights anyone you target, it would have half all ur stats and have all of your jutsus.

-Edo tensei should be added as an buyable jutsu with PvP points. It would not work like it works in the anime but simply it would work like this. You would have to kill someone and take their DNA. The DNA is then saved in ur Edo list and when you summon the copy of the player that will have half of its stats. It will then become your protector and attack anyone you target.

-Reaper death seal should be nerfed. Currently it does op dmg and doubles the user hp. I be recently seen people using the jutsus the running around with the double hp and just attacking players. The jutsu should be coded in the way when 75% of ur hp is gone you can use it.

-Uchiha should be divided into two branches, sasuke and itachi. And instead of buying sharingan with sp you should be able to do special task.
1 Tomoe- watch 5 of your villagers die
2 Tomoe- kill someone at near death
3 Tomoe- recover from near death
Mangekyo- kill 5 of your villagers(different person)

Sasuke tree would contain, susanoo, Amaterasu, and genjutsu: that makes the person believe susanoo is squeezing the life out of them.

It's tree would contain. Susanoo. Amaterasu,tsukiyomi

The 2 genjutsu I listed should only be usable if your facing your opponent and he is facing you, so it won't just be a auto hit.
Amaterasu shouldn't be homed to automatically be on ur target but like in the anime u control where it goes.

New missions- pest control and capture the scroll
-Pest control would tell you to kill 5 rats, the rats are poisonous and if u get touched by it u die slowly no escape unless u relog.
-Capture the scroll would be to go to another village and steal their secret scroll. The scroll would be protected my village guards and if u take it the village will be alerted and basically people will be on ur ass to get it back.

Missions exp rate should be set up like this since its stupid that a and b rank give the same exp and d ranks give more than c ranks
D-5exp
C-10exp
B-15exp
A-20exp

Ok my final suggestion, mastering moves should be redone by how dangerous the technique is
For example.
-E rank jutsus requires 25 uses
D rank requires 50 uses
C rank requires 75 uses
B rank requires 100 uses
A ranks requires 150 uses
And S rank jutsus would require 200 uses to master.

I read the whole thing, what really caught my interest was the edo tensei. So you're saying if you kill me, you can summon me back with 100,5 ninjutsu and 101 genjutsu? And that you can control what I do meaning you can just make me tsuki your opponent so you can do whatever you want to them meanwhile, you know.. since they can't see. I'll have to decline this one, I'm still thinking about the other suggestions though.

Yea an when the Edo die you can't make another copy of it

And the player isn't controlling u their controlling a dead clone of you

A dead clone of me with half my stats that you control is still way too OP. I'd rather just have it follow the show.

I really like the idea of it, but then again I have to agree with it.
